Unknown fly. Looks like either Asilidae or Mydidae. Caught in sticky trap.

Lampria bicolor. Related to the Laphria. Two species in the genus in the US.

Asilidae.
Concave top of head is the clue for family....I don't recognize the genus, though, might be something new for Bugguide:-)
