Neoplatypedia
This is not an Okanagana but a Neoplatypedia. This is one of the two genera of small cicadas that do not produce a buzzing sound with tymbals like other cicadas, but make a clicking noise by "wing banging". There are two species, but without a key in front of me I don't want to guess which one. A shot of the rear end of the specimen will be helpful because the male genitalia are probably diagnostic.

Thanks for your information. I have added a couple more posterior shots hoping this will be helpful in ID.
