small winged insect - Apache degeeri

small winged insect - Apache degeeri

Size: ~8mm
another like my previous post. Any help on this would be great.

Otiocerus degeeri
"Otiocerus" means "ridiculously superfluous" - the antennal bases are divided into two filaments, which are twisted into weird shapes.

O. degeeri is the only reddish eastern and northern species; a second similar species is found in California.

Another Derbidae?
Wow, this might be another species in Derbidae!
