Spharagemon band-winged grasshopper?

On a paved trail near a beach and sand dunes

Psinidia fenstralis
Maybe he was warming on the darker pavement? They like sandy areas, and look a bit like the Trimerotropis maritima and Spharagemon marmorata that often occur with them. This one is a male. The thick long antennae, striped "bug-eyes" and shape of the pronotum all help to identify this species.
