Graphopsocus cruciatus
Yes you got it IDed correctly. It is Graphopsocus cruciatus; Family Stenopsocidae. Wise use of spider webs. Considering the number of photos of this species it seems to do quite well on the west coast. I am sad I did not find any when I was in San Diego County this fall.
