Another small fly (Empididae?). Very similar to my previous post except slightly larger and a bit darker colored.

The photo of a Dance Fly of mine that Eric ID'd had a huge humped pronotum, large eyes and a tapering, long abdomen. It was much larger, but the gestalt of it is the same. It's actually my first Bugguide post:
