Size: ~8mm wide
Found in the restroom of interpretive center, they seem to be living there as there are constantly one or two flying around.

Photographed in Republic, ~20 Miles south of the Canadian Border, ~150 miles east of the Cascade mountains, ~2100 ft in elevation.
