Thanks, Chuck.
Family = Tomoceridae, given the very long 3rd antennal segment.
Genus = Pogonognathellus, given the tapering 3rd antennal segment.
Species = flavescens, given the silvery body iridisation + antennae are shorter then body.

I'm trying to get some more good shots of springtails, but I find them incredibly hard to shoot, especially without them damaging themselves at all. I'll get there though!! Thanks again for the help and nice breakdown of the ID. I *think* most of the springtails in the leafpiles around my house are this kind, but we'll find out! :)
