I believe this is...
...Dicerca divaricata - the median channel of the pronotum is more distinct in D. tenebrica, which also has the dorsal punctation more rugose.

Possibly Dicerca tenebrica or
Possibly Dicerca tenebrica or Dicerca divaricata. Im leaning more towards D. tenebrica.
