Size: ~ 2 mm
Several of these were attracted to indoor light and ran around on the window. I'm guessing this one is a male based on the antennae. No idea what family it falls into - ID would be appreciated.

Not an ID, but there are flies in Ceratopogonidae with antennae like that.

 
I don't disagree
Looks like this may well be a Ceratopogonid.
So that was quite a night of biting flies at my window, with Simuliids and Culicids also ... though I didn't get bit once!
