Size: body length 6.9 mm.
Possibly a marsh fly. Collected at UV light.
Proper placement would be appreciated.

Pyrgotidae.
Fabulous images of a rather uncommon fly! I think the genus nomenclature has changed in this family, so not sure where to place it beyond that.
