Jagged Ambush Bug - Phymata

Jagged Ambush Bug - Phymata
Henryville, Quebec, Canada
September 13, 2007
Size: 3/4"
Stayed on these flowers for a couple of weeks before a wind storm blew him away. (I guess)

This Looks
like an Ambush Bug http://bugguide.net/node/view/132/bgimage His strong front leg seems to be missing. Must have been some fight.
