More likely Xylota or Chalcosyrphus.

Chalcosyrphus
The hind leg looks a little beefier in the Chalcosyrphus than Xylota. So that's what I'll go with. Thanks Herschel.

Yes, Syrphidae
But I don't know enough to pinpoint genus or species. Try looking in Tribe Milesiini.
