Appledore Earwigs - Anisolabis maritima - Male
Appledore Island in the Isles of Shoals, Maine, USA

Size: 3/4 of an inch - 1 inch
The pincers found on the males were strongly curved & rather robust.

My apologize for the poor quality of the photography, I was a bit careless & the camera was still reasonably new to me at that time.
