Dark colored barklouse? -
Valenzuela confluens
Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County, California, USA
January 23, 2008
Size: 3mm
While taking the picture I thought it was a leafhopper, but upon seeing on the computer I am revising my guess to a barklouse of some kind.
