Size: of a dime
I am finding these in the two upstairs bedrooms. I do have house plants and am wondering if they are coming from them. They do fly. Does anyone know what this is? Help is appreciated.

Marmorated stink bug.
I agree with John Maxwell. This is a brown marmorated stink bug.

Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (Halyomorpha halys)
Your location (PA), the white rings on the antenna, and the behavior all suggest the Brown Marmorated Stink Bug (Halyomorpha halys). More info can be found here http://bugguide.net/node/view/9806 (also follow the links under "Internet References")

My guess would be that it is a stink bug. There are 57 pages of images of different stink bug species.

A few of them in the genus Euschistus (http://bugguide.net/node/view/7207/bgimage) caught my eye but a photograph with a little more detail might be necessary to help determine the exact species.
