Assassin Bug nymph (Reduviidae)
Yes, pretty sure a nymph of an Assassin Bug (Reduviidae). My first thought was Zelus luridus (common and similar) but now I wonder with the rings on the legs probably genus Pselliopus. Any expert opinions?

 
I agree.
Further, I have yet to see a Zelus nymph with spines on the abdomen:-)
