Melanoplus regalis?
Jeff thinks this could be Melanoplus regalis

 
Melanoplus gladstonei maybe
This is my gut reaction, but since it's a female, and there may be species I'm not aware of sneaking into s. Arizona, I'm not 100% certain. The red hind tibia/tarsi and different pattern argue against M. regalis. The dark banding on the abdomen, overall pattern, red hind tibiae all match up better with M. gladstonei. Most M. gladsonei have banding across the outer face of the hind femur - this one doesn't. Here are a couple of places to compare:
