Has the stance of an Erebidae but I can't seem to locate a match. On shrubs on a dewy morning.

8733 -- Vetch Looper Moth -- Caenurgia chloropha
....there oughta be a law.....that moths appear in standard attire. These guys (and gals) vary, sometimes with and sometimes without the dark markings. Nice photo!
