Argyranthemum frutescens
in our garden. (live oak/chaparral habitat). Perhaps the same as

Suillia barberi (Darlington)
Gill (1962) comments: fore femora darkened, almost black; wings strongly infuscated along crossveins and ends of longitudinal veins and along costal margin; Abdomen reddish orange to reddish brown. According to Aldrich (1908) description: a brown ring at each end of hind tibia and distal part of fore tibia :-)
