Guide Page
You can place your image on the specific species guide page. "Tag" your image. Find the guide page for L. bishopi. Then click move tagged image to move your image to that page. Next time when you already know the species of your specimen, you can just place the image on the corresponding guide page for that species.

Nice picture
Note on the date "Only specify this for wild specimens."
We use it to track activity and it sometimes could give a false positive if included for captive specimens. However, you can include it in your comment, just not the date field.
