Sergiolus montanus - female

Sergiolus montanus - Female
Wrangell, Alaska, USA
February 4, 2008
Size: 7.5mm
This adult female was running across our computer table. My husband is learning--he put a jar over the top instead of smashing it. This is the only species in this genus known to occur in Alaska, but id was also confirmed by distictive epigynum. This individual was on the large side but still within range for the species.
