Scirtidae

Tom-

This is a scirtid ("marsh") beetle, but I don't have enough details or material at hand to determine it to genus. My guess is Cyphon, but it's hard to say for sure. Several genera have greatly swollen hind femora, similar to the alticine chrysomelids- I'm guessing this does, but...
