It looks like the first instar Red-legged Grasshopper on that link. I'll be conservative, and place this to genus unless you think species is solid.

Melanoplus femurrubrum probably
Not 100% certain as to species, but fairly sure. Definitely Melanoplus. It is a first instar, and matches M. femurrubrum in pattern and other details. They vary in color and pattern somewhat, but here's one place to see similar.
