Wider view of plant?
I might be able to identify the host plant if you could provide a wider view of the leaf or whole plant.

Wider view
John, I just posted the uncropped picture of the larva on the leaf. It's the only picture I took of it, but the pictures just prior to this one were bugs on oak leaves.
