Sciomyzidae: Sepedon fuscipennis
The only fairly large species in the genus with a laterally flattened pedicel (the long part of the antenna). If the same part were long and cylindrical it could be S. gracilicornis (4x as long as wide) or S. tenuicornis (5X as long as wide).

I think it may be a Marsh Fly
possibly in the genus Sepedon.
