What about Anopheles punctipe
What about Anopheles punctipennis? I can only see the thumbnail though, as I am in French Guiana and the satellite internet is slow.

I think Anopheles punctipennis is your bug. Interestingly enough, many temperate Anopheles are known to bloodfeed in the winter. The phenomenon has been linked to winter transmission of malaria in some places (Temperate Anopheles spend the winter as adults).
