Harrisina americana

Harrisina americana
Beverly Swamp Conservation Area, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
June 30, 2007
Size: 25-30 mm
On Common Milkweed.

Looks like
Looks like a Grapeleaf Skeletonizer - Hodges#4624 (Harrisina americana).

Virginia Ctenucha(Ctenucha virginica) would have more blue on the body, and Yellow-collared Scape Moth (Cisseps fulvicollis) normally doesn't pose in that way (although sometimes it does a little) but it wouldn't have the tufts on the abdomen.
