The specimen is quite abraded
The specimen is poorly curated, but based on the data posted with the image and antennal lamellae, this is Pleocoma conjungens conjungens. A common species.

 
A common species?
The Essig Museum information page here indicates that Pleocoma conjungens conjungens was considered for endangered status in 1994, and that although it was later found to be more widespread than thought at that time, concern for the species survival status is definitely still warranted.
