Actually, I think you answere
Actually, I think you answered my question on the other page - that whatever references people were using to file celer are now lost. If I had my druthers, BugGuide would make you pick a justification for every determination, so we can give priority to keyed determinations over determinations made by comparing photos, at least until we know the group well. That way people aren't filing additional photos based on already-suspect determinations.
It's your call what to do with them. I'm trying to learn to go with the flow.
