Scaphinotus
At the base of the deep emargination of the labium I see at least three setae which favors Scaphinotus (four setae expected there) while in closely-related Sphaeroderus only two such setae occur there.

 
Excellent!
It looked to me like the posteriorly narrowed pronotum favored Scaphinotus as well.
