Found on a hilltop at 4400' ele. On hackberry. Uppers blue.

I'd guess it's cinerea, although I'm not familiar with the range of the western ones so I'll move to Celastrina for now.

Definitely not a tailed blue...
Might be a Spring Azure though.

Azures can be tricky
so best to leave in ID Request for a bit to see if anyone disagrees. This one might even be a bit too worn to know for sure. I usually see more distinct bands along the wing margin for the ones in my area.

 
The spotting on the uns defin
The spotting on the uns definately look like a spring azure. It is a tad bit worn out though.
