My first one - Neoclytus caprea

My first one - Neoclytus caprea
Peace Valley Nature Center, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: 14 mm
Never saw one of these before, other than in the guide. It was indoors, so I guess that it is better to place the date here: 2/10/08.
Can it be IDed to species?
Southeastern PA

Moved
Moved from Clytus.

We would suggest Neoclytus caprea
Banded Ash Borer, Yanega fig 117. We don't yet have it in the guide! But wait for Guy or Ted.

Yes...
...Neoclytus caprea. This species is famous for emerging indoors during winter from firewood (breeds in ash and oak).

Thanks!
I will add a couple of images. One of the specimens was almost twice the size of the others.

Oh, my!
I'd better go back there and see if there are a few still left. Half an hour drive.
