Tropisternus mixtus
Medford, (~25 miles east of Philadelphia, PA) Burlington County, New Jersey, USA

Size: ~9mm
believe this is Tropisternus mixtus (LeConte), based on large area of pubescence beyond the trochanter on the hind legs, bi-colored legs, and "mixed" fine and large puctures on elytra (difficult to see on photo). MCZ type image seen here. As always, corrections welcome :)

I thought someone else had posted a better photo of one of these, but I can't see to find it. came to UV light. 12 image montage
