Looks like
another tachinid fly to me - but I could be wrong. I believe that it's hard to get further than the family level with a photo?

Looks more muscoid to me
But I could be wrong, too.

Maybe something along the lines of a Tiger Fly?

It does look similar
but the abdomen seems wrong when compared to the images in the guide
