it may well have been looking to "shed" (ecdyse)in my opinion
because it looks penultimate (hard to say)
and it was indoors (warmth)

I think this is a lynx spider (Oxyopidae). Can't find a precise match in BG. Let's see what Jeff or Lynette thinks...
