Size: 5-6 mm
I thought that I would be able to figure out what these are because the wing venation is so clear, but I can't so I would appreciate any help.

Probably Empididae.
These are probably "dance flies" in the family Empididae. I'm sure one of our fly experts will confirm or deny:-)
