Mouth of Tobacco Creek, 25 mi from Fredericksburg, Virginia, USA
Size: Wing length 10–13.5 mm
Image reproduced from Identification Atlas of Northeastern Nearctic Vespidae (1) in order to fill existing gap on Bugguide. Further images can be found there. Male paratype deposited in the United States National Museum, Washington D.C. Nest collected in October 1935; adult emerged March 1936.
