Smaller Water Strider - Rhagovelia distincta

Smaller Water Strider - Rhagovelia distincta
Robbers Creek, 1/4 mile north of Westwood, Lassen County, California, USA
August 19, 2019
Size: Body length 5mm
An odd looking little winged adult 'Smaller Water Strider' I believe; and perhaps genus Rhagovelia? (see here: (1).
My thanks for confirmation or otherwise!

This water strider was caught in a large and shallow still-water pond area of the creek. There were some larger water striders which I could not catch. I thought this little one was a nymph until I viewed it on the computer!
