Melanoplus yarrowii
These show the color pattern well. I wasn't specific enough about the cerci before. It works on the males, but not so much on the females (yes it's a female). Doesn't matter, this one is guilty by association (and looking the same).

I found on the Australian Locus site the male female cersi difference a few minutes ago.
