Alledged Megaphorus laphroides actually M. clausicellus

Herschel Raney examined the specimen that appears in photos #64720-23 and concluded that it is Megaphorus clausicellus rather than M. laphroides. Please create a page for M. clausicellus.
Since there are no other images of M. laphroides on BugGuide, presumably the current guide page should be deleted after images are moved.
