Bad Idea
If you have an image with comments attached which are specific to that image, uploading a new image unrelated to the comments is confusing, at best- deceptive, at worst.

If you don't want to keep an old image, delete it or frass it, then upload a new one. There's no good reason to recycle image pages.

That's not to say you should never upload a new image to replace an old one- but only if the replacement is identical in every significant way except for the quality of the image. It should at least be the same individual, unless you have a very good reason not to.

***edit***
I just realized why you did this. It's still a bad idea, but I suppose it was necessary while you were unable to post any new images. Now that your technical problems are behind you, you should never do this again.

I'm truely sorry...
but it was the only way I could think of to upload a new image. i WONT do it again, i have the problem fixed now.

Crabronidae, subfamily Pemphredoninae
A member of the Psenini tribe, maybe Psen sp.

thank
you so much! i realy wanted to get at least some idea with this wasp. i found her inside at a window trying to get out. i gave her some water to drink and put her back outside so she can sleep till spring comes.
