Found near this identified male:

Toya propinqua
A short-winged female, associated with the identified male. This is one of the few Delphacidae with dark markings on the side of the tan-colored abdomen; the other common species with those markings is Delphacodes parvulus, but that one doesn't have the dark lines on the face.
