Moved from Micropeza.

Micropezidae.
This is a stiltlegged fly in the family Micropezidae, but I have never seen this species. Some are really striking carpenter ant mimics, so check ants twice:-)

I think this is also in the Micropeza genus with that head shape and the clear wings.
