Size: 4mm
Found in swollen wet hardboard. Very fast, but didn’t try to fly.

opinion of Merrill Sweet:
"Very likely Blissus leucopterus (Say), again a macropter. Need the actual specimen to be sure"

Chinch bug.
This is a 'chinch bug,' or something closely related, in the family Blissidae.
