Yes, E. fasciata. The name refers to the two white belts across the abdomen.

Thanks for the ID confirmation. I figured fasciata referred to those abdominal bands, although I'm curious why it wasn't originally named bifasciata, given the distinct two bands. But anyway, thanks again.
