Millipede or centipede?

Millipede or centipede?
NJ County, New Jersey, USA
What is this and is it a Centipede or a Millipede?
Also is it poisonous?
Thanks,

Not enough legs for the two you mention
Looks to us more like a beetle larva. It will be interesting to see what the coleopterists say. See

Right
You guys are right on, it is a glow-worm (Phengogidae), probably an adult female. With these beetles, the females stay larva-like (called larviform) at maturity while males pupate and molt into more beetle-like insects.

Nice explanation.
Nice explanation from Brad. Ironically, phengodids feed exclusively on....millipedes!
