Bog moth - Cingilia catenaria

Bog moth - Cingilia catenaria
Swanton - Missisquoi NWR, Vermont, USA
October 2, 2004
These moths were very abundant in an extensive bog, so I presume the food plant is something like cranberry, leatherleaf, etc. I have other views of it if that would help.

Chain-dotted Geometer

Thanks!
Guess I was right about the food plant, although it seems to eat just about everything else as well (alder, bayberry, birch, blueberry, bog laurel, cranberry, fir, huckleberry, leatherleaf, maple, oak, pine, poplar, sweetfern, sweet gale, tamarack, white cedar, willow)!
