Leafhopper ID please - Coelidia olitoria
Smyrna, Delaware, USA
Taken sometime in 2006. Located in either Smyrna, Delaware or Media, Pennsylvania (can't recall).

Coelidia olitoria
The specimen looks odd because the photo is gree-shifted. Sometimes the pruinosity of the wings makes specimens look a tad greenish, but never this much.
