Gelechiidae?
I have found a lot of similar looking examples at the other end of PA. I'm thinking it may be a Chionodes sp. but that's a wild guess.

Thanks! I would have to agree on Gelechiidae. It's funny cos there are many photos of this species and none with IDs here. I clicked alot of moth photos ^__^
